Mercury Theatre Announces Full Cast For 2026 Jack And The Beanstalk Panto

Some familiar faces are heading back to the Mercury Theatre in Colchester this Christmas, with the full cast now announced for its 2026 pantomime.
Jack and the Beanstalk will run from 21 November 2026 until 17 January 2027, with Kemi Clarke returning to the Mercury stage to play Jack Trott. Daisy Greenwood is also back as Mallory Wilkin, while Dee Dee Rivers returns as part of the ensemble and Dance Captain.
They’ll join Antony Stuart-Hicks, who is playing Dame Tilly Trott, and Dale Superville as Trevor Trott. Sasha Latoya will appear as Fairy Peaseblossom, with Jaimie Pruden taking on the role of Augusta Bigbucks.
Lucie Henderson is another familiar face returning to the Mercury, this time appearing in the ensemble and as the Cow. Newcomers Christopher Edwards and Dara Gleeson complete the cast, with Gleeson also sharing the role of the Cow.
This year’s story follows Jack and his family as they struggle to keep Trott’s Farm after the ruthless Augusta Bigbucks takes control. When they’re forced to sell their beloved cow, Pat, things take an unexpected turn with the arrival of a giant beanstalk, sending Jack on a journey to Cloudland to save Colchester from a fearsome giant.
Written by David Phipps-Davis and directed by Mercury Theatre Artistic Director Natasha Rickman, the production promises plenty of comedy and festive fun for the whole family.
